For larger weddings, hotel stages, beach clubs, and corporate productions, requirements depend on the guest count and the venue. In these cases, we coordinate directly with the venue’s technical team or organise a dedicated professional sound and lighting rental team to ensure the best possible experience.

Some venues have strict decibel caps.
Vocals and sax fit within most limits, but energetic DJ portions may be restricted if the limiter is very sensitive.

Once availability and requirements are confirmed, a deposit is required to secure your booking with the remainder only due seven days before the event.

We typically arrive 60–90 minutes before showtime to prepare, sound check, and style the space.

This is our busiest period. Most couples book 6–12 months in advance, and prime Saturdays often sell out even earlier.

• Summer Hotel & Corporate Season:
Luxury hotels and brand activations lock in entertainment early.
Booking 4–8 months in advance is ideal.

• Festive Holidays (Christmas, New Year’s, winter galas):
These dates are limited and high-demand.
We suggest securing your date 3–6 months ahead.

• Off-season events:
More flexibility — 1–3 months is usually enough, depending on location.
